Description

The “Gorgeia” earrings were designed and hand crafted by multi award-winning jeweller Paul Amey in Australia. Stamped with his registered makers mark and precious metal marks, “Gorgeia” were designed and completed with over 30 hours of labour and finished in April 2014. All components are masterfully handcrafted by Paul Amey with no casting or 3D imaging used. Diamond and stone settings were all carried out by Paul Amey.

“Gorgeia” are stud earrings made from 18K yellow gold, diamonds, pearl and natural red coral.

Each “Gorgeia” earring is a Paul Amey signature ‘molten edge’ design. Featuring a unique teardrop shaped piece of natural red coral being 7.5mm x 18mm (one of a matched pair), dropping from the 18K yellow gold, an 8mm x 4.5mm keshi pearl and a 5 x 3mm keshi pearl. The pearls and diamonds are nestled into the yellow gold which is highlighted with Paul Amey’s signature pin finish.

The earrings have been made with ‘continental’ fittings.

Each “Gorgeia” earring features the following diamonds:
1 x 35pt D SI2 round brilliant diamond that is chenier set.
Along with 1 x 8pt, 1 x 5pt and 2 x 2pt F SI round brilliant diamonds.

Each “Gorgeia” earring measures 33mmL x 15.5mmW.
Total weight for the pair is 12.6 grams.
